Long Beach, CA
This week I traveled to Long Beach CA for a tradeshow. Long Beach is a cute little town South of LA (anyways I think its South of LA). While in Long Beach we spent a lot of time walking around their marina looking at the boats. Speaking of boats this is now the home of the Queen Mary. If you are planning on visitin Long Beach you can actually stay on the Queen Mary, rates are not bad and hey you can say you stay on a Royal Yacht. While we were there we spent a lot of evenings in Shoreline Village which is a cute little row of shops and restaurants along the marina, try either Parkers Lighthouse or The Yard House (Note: The Yard House's claim to fame is the largest selection of beer in North America). Also a fun little Sport Bar on Pine Ave called Smooths - GREAT WINGS!!!.Labels: Travels
